I do worry about developing Alzheimer's Disease...I have those "senior moments" often enough to concern me. When I am at home, to keep track of errands and chores, I use Microsoft Outlook. When I am out, I use my cell phone to leave myself voice messages/recordings of those sudden remembrances like go to the cleaners on Tuesday, right after I have dropped something off on Thursday; or call a gutter cleaning guy b/c the gutters are clogged.
Maybe I need to be like Dora the Explorer...
